I am of the opinion that the biggest journey in life that we all go through is losing ourselves to then find ourselves back. From living a life that is mainly influenced by others to living a life that gives us true fulfilment. The goal in life is to find our true passion and being able to live by our essence. Everything that interests you is there for a reason. You are programmed exactly that way, because that is the path you should walk.
The question you should ask yourself is:

How can I, with all my unique skills, experience and knowledge, add more value to others?

The environment around us can be so loud and can make it so difficult to hear our own inner voice. Only when we can quiet the mind and connect deeper, we can hear that little voice that knows what is best for us.

My Approach

Finding the Path

In my coaching, I use a number of tools like self-inquiry exercises, visualization and deep reflection to find out what excites you, what your unique skills are and how you can contribute best to the world. All these tools will help to clear the brain and make the connection with your intuition. They will support you to come back to what you already knew deep within: your inner voice that knows which path you should take.

Clearing The Path

Going into a new direction in life often comes with difficulties around acceptance of the situation, patience, and dealing with the fear of the unknown. As a coach, I will work alongside you to go through that process. To recognize and replace limiting self beliefs and to help you step into your full power. You can only come as far as your self-believes bring you. Together we can look at what is interfering your potential for success.

Walking The Path

Through the coaching I will help you to stay accountable and keep you focused on your vision, as well as the next small step ahead. We will work on maintaining trust through uncertain and challenging times and keep walking one step at a time.
